Chewy Fudgy Brownies

Salam dear all..

I wanted to share this great recipe which I have tried last weekend. The taste is up to my satisfactory, my kids love it and it's really worth trying...but as usual with a little bit modification.. he he..
problem just..gambar tak cantik...of course laa guna camera handphone saja...
puas laa edit..this is the best laa rasanya..iye lah nak edit pun x berapa expert..

Got the recipe from click here Thanks Aiko for sharing all the great recipes and tutorial.. your blog really inspires me!

I copy and paste the recipe again for my future reference...will sure repeat making this brownies again!
As I mentioned earlier I made some modification.. it's all in the PURPLE FONT.

1¼ cups all-purpose flourI
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons dark unsweetened cocoa powder   i used Van Houten
11 ounces (311.7g) dark chocolate, coarsely chopped  i used Berryl's Dark Compound
1 cup (8 ouces) unsalted butter, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 teaspoon instant coffee powder   i used NESCAFE
1½ cups granulated sugar   i switched this to light brown sugar
½ cup packed light brown sugar    and this i  switched to granulated sugar
5 eggs, at room temperature
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
i added  :
1/2 cup Chunky Peanut Butter
3/4 cups Chocolate Chips
1/4 cup roasted almond flakes, or nibs

Here's how:
(1) Melt together butter, dark chocolate and coffee powder in a pan set over a saucepan with simmering water.
(2) Once melted turn off the heat and add white and brown sugar.
(3) Mix until completely combined. Bring the mixture to room temperature.
(4) In the meantime, line your baking pan with Cut Rite or Parchment Paper. The book requires a 9x13 inches pan but I don't have one. The nearest was a 9x12. That should do :)
i used my 9 x 9 ..ok saja..
(5) In a medium sized bowl, combine flour, salt and cocoa powder. Sift or dry whisk and set aside.
(6) Once the chocolate mixture has cooled to room temperature. Add 3 eggs. Whisk until just combined, no streaks of eggs left. Then add the remaining 2 eggs. Add in the vanilla extract.
(7) Sprinkle the dry ingredients over the chocolate mixture. Fold using a spatula (do not use a whisk) only until combined.
(8) Spread evenly on the pan and bake for 30 minutes. Make sure to rotate the pan halfway through the baking time.Do not overmix and do not overbake.
for no 8... I divided the mixture into half, spread evenly the first half  on the pan. Then
I sprinkle the Peanut Butter on top of the mixture....i used a teaspoon--scoop 1/2 teaspoon
and dropped it  on the mixture. Then spread the other 1/2 mixture on top of  it.
Sprinkle the chocolate chips and almod flakes.
**
For this trip..i hv to bake the Brownies for 45 minutes because 'My Little Black Oven'
has started giving me problems...huu sedih..selalu buat layer cake ...buka dan
tutup buka tutup..now pintu oven i dah longgar.. kena letak lesung batu kat pintu tu...eii
kesian.. ;-(
