Extra-ordinaire Chocolate Cheese Brownies

Salam....just to update the Brownies photo + recipe that I made last wkend...saya dah post gambar Brownies ni dulu tapi x dapat nak taip resepinya..so inilah my family's fav Brownies...dulu saya add choclate ganache ..mmg lg sedap..but last weekend tak de topping but still sedap jugak!! This time i used Berryl's Dark Chocholate Compound...the taste is so much better compared to cooking chocolate..

 

Extra Ordinaire Chocolate Brownies

A    250g softened cream cheese

       1/3 cup sugar                               

       1 egg

       ¼ ts almond essence

 

B    160g unsweetened chocolate    ( I used Berryl's Dark Chocholate) 

       ½ cup butter

       2 eggs

       1 cup sugar ( I used 3/4 cup)

 

C    ¾ cup flour                                  

       ½ ts baking powder

       ¼ cup slices almonds

 

•  Preheat oven at 180C .
• Melt ingredients B in a pan over a medium fire. Let cool
• Combine ingreadients A in a mixing bowl, set aside.
• In a separate bowl (C)beat in the eggs add in sugar and add in the cooled chocolate mixture.
• Pour half of the chocolate batter into a greased 21cm square pan.(I used 9 inch pan)
• Spread the cream cheese mix on top of the chocolate mixture.
• Add in almonds to the remaining chocolate batter and pour into the pan.
• Bake for 45mins or until the satay sticks comes out clean when you poke into the brownies.

Cuti Cuti & Makan Makan

Salam...lambat betul baru saya dapat update story.. sibuk lah cikit sbb dah start kerja semula...bila balik dah letih..malas nak berblogging..so kena laa curi masa kat office..he he he..eish lunch hr ni tau!! Hari tak de cake /cookies story..just nak update gambar activity masa cuti sekolah... Budak budak ni ..kalau gi bercuti ..yg penting mesti ada tempat berenang ...jadi kalau nak ke destinasi macam Cameron Highland tu kena laa kami fikir 2,3,4 kali...in the end mmg x pergi pun!!

dan kalau bercuti, paling best is the part makan -makan..

finally last day of the school holiday..kami hantar Cik Hannah balik asrama..

Kalau ke Sabak Bernam..kami mesti singgah makan Mee Udang kat Pantai Bagan Nakhoda Omar..

                             emm banyak lagi udang tersorok tu!! Memang sedap!!

Seronok makan di tepi Pantai sambil tengok bot bot nelayan pulang ke pengkalan tapi sayang nya tak boleh nak mandi manda sbb air laut kat sana..baanyak lumpur..tak sanggup nak berendam..Permandangan memang cantik tapi sayang nya Pantai BNO macam di anak tiri kan (kot?!!)..sbb kemudahan awam spt tandas dan surau nya ...kotor Sedih nye..! Lupa pulak nak upload gambar2 di pantai..saya upload lain kali..

2 minggu cuti sekolah ..seronok dapat berkumpul dgn family... balik kampung pun dapat berkumpul dgn my sisters..jumpa ngan kawan lama..hmm indahnya...kalau banyak cuti lagi....hmm jangan mimpilah!! Until next post Asalamualaikum!! got to process my invoices yg dah bertimbun timbun!!

  

Purple Dot Hat Cake

Asalamualaikum..

Last weekend pun was a busy wkend for me.. bermula dgn doorgift chocolate and projek Kek Hantaran for my niece ..tu la sbb saya sibuk nak belajar mendeco kek fondant!! Ini lah hasilnya..TQ to my teacher for giving this great  idea..simple dan senang..part susah cuma nak menyusun bunga tu je...

A bit busy this morning will continue updating later today...cuti puuun busy !!;-))

13.06.2011..sambung cerita...busy nya saya minggu cuti sekolah ...update blog pun x de masa. This cake ... lebih senang nak di siapkan dari kek Doraemon tu.. lagi pun setingkat je... iye laa kek hantaran ni nak travel balik Melaka(agaknyalah) semula susah nak di bawa kalau bertingkat tingkat.. Masa nak hantar ke rumah my sister pun berpeluh bepeluh saya jaga...takut tersenget ke, tercabut laa pulak royal icing tu nanti..

So much to tell ..maklumlah cuti panjang ..will update in my next post until then ..to the newlyweds...Syaima and Aizu ..Selamat Pengantin Baru!!
