Bulan September banyak birthdays...for my family ...1st Sept - Cik Heidi and my nephew Firdaus, 11th Sept (911) my bday and 18th Sept - my dear Hubby tersayang( kiss kiss)he he .. Tahun depan tambah 1 lagi sbb on 6th Sept kami dapat cucu baru...my niece Dijah gave birth to Nur Qisha Amanda yg tembam lagi cute..

I still owe Heidi's her Birthday cake..sbb masa tu baru raya ke 3 jadi susah nak cari kek yg lawa kat Melaka...so we just bought 2 box of J Co's doughnuts for her..and belanja makan kat Restaurant of her choice...she choose The Chicken Rice Shop..

Made this for hubby's bday Marble Cheese Brownies..my hubby suka cheese!!

Celebrate this withhout Kak Hannah yg dah balik asrama on that afternoon.

On that same night saya buat 2 Brownies yang sama ordered from my sisters kat office utk bday Cik Shikin pulak on 19th Sept...hmm meriah betul bulan September ni!! Dia orang x kisah kek apa... so di sebabkan dah penat memasak , melayan tetamu on Saturday dan seterusnya mengemas on Sunday..so  itulah saja hasilnya utk my hubby and Ekin...Brownies yg x susah nak di deco...

Macam biasa laa influenced betul dgn blog Bisousatoi click here, biskut suji ni pun ikut resepi Rima..tapi x puas hati sbb flavor suji tak 'kaw' mungkin sebab guna 'tak famous' punya minyak sapi. The cookies was ordered by Ita utk makan makan di bulan puasa di kampung..he he TQ Ita!! Sebenarnya dia nak cornflake cookies je but since I have an extra bottle for the Biskut Suji..i offered kat dia....besides that she ordered Kek Apple Walnut..(ni resepi modified from Carrot Walnut)..

This one was ordered by Abg Lan...for Raya..dia nak deco yg ada wordings ..buat this cake lepas siap kan Cupcake Zombies tu..dah pancit...ni aje simple deco yg mampu di buat...TQ Abg Lan...

Chocolate ni As and Ita yg order..and dah terlanjur buat tu buat laa jugak extra extra utk bawa balik kampung ..

Yg ni pun order from Ita and As...I really love korang sbb support my 'bisnes kecik'

Birthday Cake ..

Salam, updating lagi activiti sepanjang bulan puasa lepas...

Fuh..ganasnya nama cake!! Dah lama nak buat kek ni..eversince buat experiment dgn

Red Velvet dulu...sbb cara nya lebih kurang sama je .. cuma x guna red food coloring je
and for this cake kena tambah lebih koko lagi.. On the same day saya buat 2 version of this cake. Untuk makan makan I follow this recipe click here (TQ Kak Nor and Ayu S'pore) exactly tapi 2 adunan sebab nak kek yang tinggi dan besar sikit..and becoz benar benar teruja nak rasa kek yang org lain kata Sedap/ Marbeles and sedapppp giler ni..Pic below is the version I made for my family. But...macam biasalaa I cannot accept cream cheese with chocolate cake...same case macam Red Velvet dulu....rasa macam kurengggg je...

Then the second cake I made for my cousin..I have to menderhaka from the recipe...I followed the cake and chocolate ganache recipe but for the cream cheese I switched to

Chocolate Mousse....hmm I think I like this one better!! But sorry laa kalau ada sikit kecacatan ye kak ..ni 1st time I experiment dgn Chocolate Mousse!

Decoration for the cake is just a simple one because tengahari tu kami nak ke Sabak Bernam menghantar Cik Hannah balik asrama.. to Kakak (Nida) terima kasih banyak banyak..hope both of you will stay romantic forever... dan di kurnia kan cahayamata yang comel comel lagi cute...insyaallah...;-D

Plants Vs Zombies

Asalamualaikum...

Saya nak update gambar orders sepanjang bulan puasa..and will begin with this one ...yg saya betul betul excited nak update tapi tergendala....Made this for my HQ clique San San...aka Ms Sandra Hiu for her son's Jason birthday.. dia dah order one month before..x pernah buat figurine cuppies so I take this as a ' CHALLENGE'!!
She wanted the cake by 26th October..just imagine time tu tengah sibuk siap kan kuih raya kawan kawan yg lain...Kebetulan saya dah start cuti..so dapatlah...concentrate..

Comel tak my zombies???he he...yg baju merah tu macam `GELIMAT' je kata Zikry ..kalau tak tau cari kat YouTube.. mesti pecah perut klakar giler!!

Sandra order 30 cupcakes (mixed flavour) with buttercream topping..dia mmg sukaaa buttercream cake dari dulu lagi...hope my buttercream satisfy San San..

Nak buat cupcake tu senang, tapi topping tu... berpeluh jugaklaa nak siap kan esp the zombies. Nasib baik dah attend 'Figurine Cake Deco Class' dgn sifu Yasmin( Baking Project)..jadi tahulah serba sedikit teknik teknik nak buat shape itu dan ini dgn menggunakan fondant / sugar paste.

SELAMAT HARI RAYA AIDIL FITRI..

Asalamualaikum...I hope it's not too late to wish everyone Selamat Hari Raya..lama dah x update blog ...bukan nya malas ..but this time it's because my Laptop dah kena sapu!! Sedihnya x hilang lagi... 1st wk bulan Ramadhan ..some idiot pecah masuk my house and took away dgn happynya..our computer, handphone and my precious gold....

Part hilang barang2 tu mmg laa sedih..tapi paling sedih IS OUR PRIVACY di cerobohi!! My house , my room, my drawer , my private properties di usik ORANG LAIN!! Ishh betul betul sedih...

Lets talk pasal raya..this year..Syukur...tahun ni raya..lebih seronok dari tahun lepas..last year mak sakit..so  boleh consider kami macam x raya .Balik Kelana Jaya pun x de buat open house and not even pegi raya mana-mana pun!! Tahun ni kami x de thema warna...we dressed differently..yg girls pakai jubah and yg lelaki pakai kurta/ baju Melayu..

Jom layan gambar raya...banyak lagi nak upload...tapi tak de kesempatan...ni pun upload guna my niece punya netbook..isss kesian kita...

Salam, Selamat Menjalankan ibadah puasa...bulan puasa ni murah rezeki..order
x putus putus..paling popular Lemon Cornflakes cookies tu dah banyak kali saya
buat sebelum bulan puasa lagi..ada yg order saja nak makan makan, nak bawa balik
kampung lah..anyway terima kasih kawan kawan....and jangan stop ordering tau
walaupun office kita dah nak pecah 2!! hmmm part ni sedih sedih sedih dah 5,6 tahun
dok satu bumbung nak kena split...;-(
   
I made this cake again for Vicky last Friday..this time for her hubby's birthday.Walaupun dah ada family members yg sponsor American Chocolate Cake for
the birthday party on Saturday, she still wants this Carrot Cake ..for family private celebration on Friday night..he he ..rezeki saya..alhamdullillah...
Prepared the cake on the nite before so x tido laa makcik...plus buat Lemon Cornflakes Cookies lagi utk geng lain...hmmm penat tapi...seronok..iyalaa sbb buat kerja yg kita
suka kan? kan? ha ha ha
Just a simple deco..sbb ni kek utk hubby dia x kan lah nak deco dgn setimbun bunga..lari pulak dari thema!! For this cake I used 750g cream cheese!! Fuh jenuh makcik nak mengayam tikar tu! Kat dalam pun ada filling cream cheese..hmm tambah
debablaa kalau makan banyak-banyak...he he he ...

Besides the big cake, Vicky order 6 smaller cakes for her relatives yg datang dari Bangalore/ Chennai utk majlis tu...Waa really big Party she threw haa..Iyalaa bday Hubby dia yg ke 50 mesti laa GRRRANND punya!! These are the same people
from Bangalore yg rasa kek saya dulu, so before they come here, mereka dah
order awal awal utk tapau!!

Baked all these cakes on Friday night ...again jadi burung hantu malam tu( he he burung hantu yg masak kek)..then on Saturday morning dah nak gi class deco kat Cheras pulak hmm so bila masa nak tido ye... Pelik betul kat Deco class tak de rasa letih pun ..tapi kalau gi office...fuhh macam zombie!! Asyik meguappppp aje...then petang tu after the class pegi deliver the cakes kat rumah Vicky..on the way back saya zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

Fondant Deco Class @ Baking Project

Lamanya saya tak update cerita...bukannya dah stop berEksperiment in Baking.eisssh
mana boleh tu kan hobi saya...cuma malas melanda plus bulan puasa lagi...balik kerja
rasa nak berehattttt je...!!
 Lets story pasal gambar -gambar kat bawah tu.. minggu lepas saya attend Fondant Cake Deco (Figurine) di rumah tuan punya blog Baking Project ..Yasmin Sanusi.
Haa seronoknya bermain main dgn fondant..buat figurine Shaun the Sheep, swan, kucing tidur, lembu and human figurine. Jom layan gambar...

    This is my cake.. tak puas hati dgn my landscape,

lembu tu paling kelakar ..macam bab satu je..he he he , paling mencabar nak buat

tangan orang tu ..susah betul nak dapat the right shape..tangan ni masih keras lagi ..belum pandai /expert bermain fondant..terkial kial buat sampai sifu offer buat sebelah tangan lg...he he bila dah siap jadi macam  lelaki lah pulak!!

On that day ada 2 student lain..lets see their masterpiece jugak!
